About
A shallow bay north-west of Pirovac whose black mud has been described in two published studies, in 2008 and 2014. The tested pathogens were not detected in the sampled mud, and its composition was compared with Dead Sea deposits. There is no institution, no supervision and no built access: you arrive by an unmarked track, and the bay is shallow enough to see the bottom the whole way across.
