What this service is
Holistic Croatia is an informational directory of wellness venues in Croatia. We publish information about places; we are not a party to anything you arrange with them. We do not take bookings, hold payments or act as an agent.
Accounts
You need an account only to claim or manage a listing. Keep your credentials to yourself, give accurate information, and do not register on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Listings and claims
Listings are created by us from public sources or submitted by owners. Claiming a listing means asserting that you are authorised to represent that business; we may ask for proof and may reverse a claim we cannot verify. Listing is free, and inclusion is an editorial decision — being listed is not a right, and neither is staying listed.
We may edit, merge, hide or remove any listing: to fix an error, to reflect that a business has closed, or because it falls outside what this directory covers.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the text and images you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and adapt that content for the purpose of running and promoting the directory. You confirm you have the right to grant it — in particular for photographs.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in bulk, resell the database, submit false or misleading listings, impersonate anyone, or attempt to break, overload or probe the service. Automated access outside our robots.txt is not permitted.
No medical advice, no endorsement
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and a listing is not an endorsement, a certification or a guarantee of quality, licensing or safety. Verify credentials yourself and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any treatment.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not warrant either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from your dealings with a listed business.
Intellectual property
The Holistic Croatia name, design system, editorial text and database structure are ours. Photographs belong to their authors and are credited; Unsplash and Wikimedia contributions are used under their respective licences.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page. Croatian law applies and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
