About
A sandy bay on Brač's north shore between Postira and Pučišća with a rare companion: the ruins of the 5th–6th-century early-Christian basilica of St Lawrence stand right beside the beach, and pilgrims still come on his feast day in August. The shallow sandy seabed suits non-swimmers and small children, and a beach restaurant, sunbed rental and guarded parking cover the practical side. Reachable by car on the Postira–Pučišća road or by boat into the bay.
